She gave him more money to fix and he still did not, instead she have him money down on another car and it didn't have seatbelts that work and a cracked windshield. He then tricked her out of her other car he was paid to fix by dragging paperwork and getting title by abandonment law because she didn't know better. Now she has a junk car she owes on and he has her car. So he gets paid for both cars. He stole one.
